Treatments and booking

Treatment selection, an appointment request and a confirmed appointment are separate states. The form stores a request. Only staff can confirm an appointment after agreeing its date, price and duration with the client.

API amounts are in PLN grosz (1/100 PLN). Null means an unconfirmed price or duration, not zero. The sum of known prices is not the full price if any item needs a quote. A treatment ID can be supplied in the booking page’s service parameter.

On the booking page, WebMCP tools, where supported by the browser, can read the catalogue and select treatments. They do not submit the form. Before submitting, the user reviews the selection, price, time and contact details. Never describe an appointment as confirmed when its status is pending.
